Submission Guidelines

SSTLR invites submission of unsolicited manuscripts for publication. All published articles will be available on our website, as well as through legal databases such as LexisNexis and Westlaw.

Please send CV, abstract and article in Word Format to Emily Prudente and Jessie Sweetland. Manuscripts should be submitted in Word format, not in printed form. Word files should be double-spaced with one-inch margins. Email subject should read SUBMISSION.

Submissions may include previously unpublished standard review-sized articles, shorter commentaries or essay and book reviews. There is no minimum or maximum page length requirement. If any portion of a manuscript has been previously published, the author should so indicate. We welcome articles on the following areas:

The Journal accepts submissions year-round.

All citations should conform to The Bluebook: A Uniform System of Citation (18th ed. 2005).

If material contains any copyrighted table, chart, graph, illustration, photograph, or more than eight lines of text, the author must obtain written permission from the copyright holder for use of the material. A photocopy of such written permission should accompany the submission.
